This modern multi-story residential project seamlessly blends organic minimalism with biophilic architecture, featuring fluid, sculptural lines that redefine the urban facade.

Ohe building is framed by sweeping, curved concrete ribbons that fluidly wrap around the envelope, creating a bold visual hierarchy between raw structural elements and soft geometric cutouts.

A balanced dual-tone palette pairs warm sand-beige textured stucco with smooth grey concrete finishes, anchored by warm dark timber accents on upper pergolas and deep-set window frames.

Dedicated planter beds and cascading greenery trace the balcony edges and terrace borders, softening the modern structure while creating a continuous connection with nature on every floor. Linear LED strip profiles trace the continuous curved frame, while warm accent spotlights illuminate the stone-infill boundary wall and open stilt level to give the residence a refined glow at dusk. Expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing with arched and rectangular corner windows maximizes light intake while revealing cozy, ambient interior spaces.

The design strikes a balance between contemporary architectural expression, warm tactile materials, and peaceful residential luxury.
