Prestige Glenbrook

In designing this development, our primary objective was to rethink high-density residential living by creating a harmonious balance between crisp modern geometry, community connection, and resort-style tranquillity. We sculpted the towers around clean, linear silhouettes using a dual-tone palette, pairing crisp off-white renders with deep charcoal framing. To contrast the verticality of the residential blocks, clubhouse is designed as a distinct horizontal anchor. Wrapping the multi-level glass volume in warm, timber-like architectural louvers allows for natural solar shading while giving the community center a warm, human-scaled identity. Instead of isolated structures, the towers are positioned to follow the site boundaries, carving out a central protected sanctuary. This internal courtyard houses landscape gardens, sports courts, and play areas away from street noise. We deliberately channeled vehicular traffic to the edges and basement access points. This freed up the ground plane for multi-toned paved walkways, low planting beds, and palm-lined avenues that encourage outdoor walkability.

By treating every structural detail as an opportunity for interaction, light, and greenery, the design transforms a high-capacity residential footprint into an inviting, landscape-driven sanctuary.
