Designed with a focus on spatial efficiency, structural rhythm, and biophilic integration, the master plan harmonizes modern lifestyle requirements with extensive open-air recreation spaces. The residential blocks are arranged linearly to optimize solar orientation and capitalize on wind corridors across the 6.5-acre site. The project prioritizes pedestrian movement by placing vehicular drop-offs along the outer periphery, leaving the central courtyard dedicated to a tranquil swimming pool, landscaped gardens, and outdoor lounge decks. Comprising 9 towers structured at Ground + 14 floors, the architectural height creates a bold skyline presence while keeping footprint density low enough to yield high open space ratios. The elevation utilizes contrast pairing stark off-white stucco with dark charcoal/black vertical fins to accentuate structural height and introduce vertical emphasis. Built-in balcony planter boxes line the facade at alternate levels, introducing living greenery directly onto the building envelope to soften the urban profile. Full-height glazed sliding doors and wide window apertures ensure maximum daylight penetration and efficient cross-ventilation for every living unit. Anchoring the community’s civic life, the multi-level clubhouse is a showcase of structural lightness and contemporary luxury. Defined by a dramatic cantilevered roofline and warm travertine-inspired stone cladding, the pavilion features a full-height glass curtain wall that visually dissolves the boundary between interior activity and the surrounding landscape. The building houses multi-tiered lifestyle amenities inside, while its roof and immediate envelope accommodate active outdoor sports facilities, creating an iconic architectural statement at the heart of the development.
