Sri Venkateshwara IT Park – Plot 54P

In designing this project, our vision was to balance monolithic architectural presence with light, highly functional workspaces. We embraced a clean, rectilinear massing strategy where solid structural anchors bookend open, flexible office interiors. We conceptualized the building as a dialogue between structural weight and transparency. By framing expansive glass volumes between raw, heavy concrete blocks, we gave the structure a sense of permanent grounding while creating an open, inviting environment for tech professionals inside. We utilized raw concrete as our primary visual anchor, giving the facade a durable, brutalist-inspired character that expresses structural honesty. Floor-to-ceiling glass wraps the main working areas, driving natural daylight deep into the interior floor plates and reducing reliance on artificial lighting. Precision-engineered dark metal bands and vertical fins define the floor levels and frame the glass, adding crisp geometric rhythm to the elevation. To maintain facade purity, building typography is applied directly to the raw concrete and dark metal surfaces with modern restraint. The surrounding plaza echoes the building’s structural grid through linear lawn beds, paved pathways, and custom minimalist bench seating.
