Sri Venkateshwara IT Park – Plot 65

This architectural project is designed as a contemporary low rise commercial development defined by clean geometry, structural transparency, and seamless indoor-outdoor integration. Designed as a modern corporate hub, Building 65 balances bold industrial framing with open, light-filled spaces. The design emphasizes natural illumination, sustainable solar shading, and an inviting ground-level pedestrian experience tailored for flexible office environments. Dark charcoal metallic panelling. A vertical, textured grey concrete panel anchors the main entrance volume, displaying bold backlit “65” identity signage. frames the volumetric blocks, creating a strong contrast against the floor-to-ceiling clear glass curtain wall. Integrated slatted metal louvers top the primary volumes, filtering sunlight into upper terrace spaces while maintaining geometric alignment. A grand, double-height glass entryway showcases an open-concept interior featuring warm wood accent walls and suspended cylindrical lighting fixtures. Transparent glass corner bays reveal internal stairwells and floating floor plates, enhancing visual depth from the exterior. Linear LED recessed strips illuminate interior ceiling planes, complemented at dusk by ground-level bollard fixtures and warm facade wash lighting.
