WHITE OAKS-PLOT 46
Designed as a modern commercial flagship, Project 46 bridges functional scale with corporate sophistication. The architecture utilizes bold horizontal geometry, interlocking volumetric frames, and a rich material palette to establish a commanding yet approachable street presence. The facade is structured through a series of bold, rectilinear white frames that enclose warm wood-toned panels and expansive glass curtain walls. By staggering the upper and lower volumes, the design breaks down the visual mass of the building, creating a rhythmic sequence of cantilevered overhangs, recessed terraces, and floating balconies. The design balances warmth with industrial precision. Organic timber cladding provides texture and approachable warmth, framed by crisp plaster work, dark metallic mullions, and high-transparency floor-to-ceiling glazing. This interplay creates a dynamic contrast between solid and void across both daytime and twilight hours. At dusk, concealed warm linear LED lighting accents reveal the depth of the facade. Integrated soffit lighting and wall-grazing fixtures emphasize the grain of the timber cladding and elevate the building into an illuminated local landmark after dark. This design redefines modern commercial design through crisp geometric clarity, refined materiality, and light-filled spaces designed for flexible, high-performance operations
